'Telemedicine refers to the exchange of information with a core objective to improve patient’s health through electronic communication means. With the emerging situation of COVID-19, it has become inevitable to expand the use of technology in order to help the needy patients who might not be the victims of COVID-19, however they do require a routine care, keeping vulnerable beneficiaries and beneficiaries with mild symptoms in their homes while maintaining access to the care they need.
